The products offered are intended for sale to adults. If you have not reached the age of majority in your place of residence (18 in Quebec), you may only place an online order with the involvement of your parents or guardians.

We do our best to ensure that all information on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Canadian currency.

Products offered on our Site, as well as offer dates, prices, availability, features and technical specifications, are subject to change without notice. A product ordered online may no longer be in our inventory or may not be deliverable due to circumstances beyond our control. We will then cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, as applicable.

Your sole remedy in the event of non-conformity of a product description is to return it in its original packaging for a refund, in accordance with the refund provisions below.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada applicable thereto. Any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of Montreal is located.

If you believe an error occurred when placing an order, please notify us without delay, and no later than 48 hours after discovering it, by sending a message to: nz.natizeb@gmail.com and describing the error in sufficient detail.

Unless you have chosen a specific carrier and delivery time during the transaction for which additional fees may apply, the delivery method and carrier name will be determined by the Merchant. Our usual delivery times in your area are:

We are committed to delivering your purchases within a reasonable time, subject to the availability of carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for the delivery of purchased products.

Risk of loss and title to the purchased item or service pass to you when it is handed over to the carrier or, if the goods cross an international border, after customs clearance.

You may cancel an order for an item that does not suit you. In that case, you must inform our customer service of the problem prompting the cancellation and obtain prior consent to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Exchanges are not permitted.

You may request a refund for an item that does not suit you. In that case, you must inform our customer service of the problem affecting your product within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving it and obtain a refund authorization. You must then, if required by the Merchant, ship the item to the distributor's address to obtain a refund.

Subject to the other provisions herein, your refund request must reach us no later than 14 days after the purchase date.

Whenever the Merchant requires a product return, title to a returned item passes to the Merchant only when it has been received at their physical place of business.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS AS TO TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE. THE MERCHANT ALSO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS IN THE CONTENT, ELEMENTS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES ON OR THROUGH THE SITE, ITS SERVERS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.

THE MERCHANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FROM THE PURCHASE OF GOODS THEREON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Copyright and trademarks in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site under a specific licence.

In accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, you may not use, display or exhibit any trademark, copyright or other protected work on the Site for any purpose other than to sell these products and services, and you may not grant sub-licences to third parties. The owners of trademarks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

If you have reason to believe that the terms and conditions have been violated or that your work has been copied or is being used on our Site in a way that infringes your intellectual property rights, please inform us as soon as possible by sending a message to: nz.natizeb@gmail.com and describing the infringement in sufficient detail.
